Passport

Do you do passport photos?

Yes, we take all types of Passport, ID, Immigration, Government and International Document Photographs.

What about baby passport photos?

Yes we also do baby passport photos. We request that the child is awake so their eyes are open for the photograph.
Also, we advise the parents to dress the baby in something that’s not white.

Do you do on location passport photos?

Upon request we can do on location passport photos.

Can I print a passport photo of someone else?

If you know someone who needs a passport or visa photo that is not in the country we can print the photo-documents for you. Some editing may be required depending on how the photo was taken, so pricing may vary. Also note that we are unable to date the photo because we can not verify that the person in the image, is the same as the person applying for the visa or passport.

How long does it take to print?

We have various printing options, so timeline depends on which option you decide to go with. Generally Instant Kiosk starts printing right away and is our fastest and most economical option. Look here for more information about printing options.

Do you sell frames?

Yes. We have Ready-Made frames for standard sizes between 4x6 to 24x36.

Do you do Custom Frames?

Yes we do, come into one of our locations to take a look at our extensive options for custom framing and matting.

Photo Cropping Policy

We understand the importance of preserving the integrity of your images. To ensure that your photos are printed exactly as you intend:

  1. No Cropping: We do not crop, alter, or adjust any part of the images you submit. The photos will be printed in the exact dimensions and format you provide.

  2. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the images are formatted to their desired specifications before submission. Please review your images carefully to ensure they meet your expectations.

  3. Image Quality: We recommend submitting high-resolution images to ensure the best print quality. Images submitted in low resolution may result in poor print quality, for which we cannot be held responsible.

  4. Exceptions: If cropping or adjustments are required, customers must provide explicit instructions along with the submission. Any modifications requested will be carried out at the customer’s discretion.

By adhering to these guidelines, we aim to deliver prints that accurately reflect your vision without any unintended alterations.

Gifts

How long does it take to do custom/personalized gifts?

Most of our custom gifts are ready in an hour after approval of the design.

Is there a minimum order for custom gifts?

No, we do not have minimum order for customized gifts.
One off gift items are always welcome.

Can I bring my own mug/ shirt?

We supply all the raw materials for our custom gifts however if you would like to bring in an item to be printed on we can take a look. Different printing processes require different materials but we can always try make it work and to give you options.
