LARGE PRINT
Photo Cropping Policy
We understand the importance of preserving the integrity of your images. To ensure that your photos are printed exactly as you intend:
No Cropping: We do not crop, alter, or adjust any part of the images you submit. The photos will be printed in the exact dimensions and format you provide.
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the images are formatted to their desired specifications before submission. Please review your images carefully to ensure they meet your expectations.
Image Quality: We recommend submitting high-resolution images to ensure the best print quality. Images submitted in low resolution may result in poor print quality, for which we cannot be held responsible.
Exceptions: If cropping or adjustments are required, customers must provide explicit instructions along with the submission. Any modifications requested will be carried out at the customer’s discretion.
By adhering to these guidelines, we aim to deliver prints that accurately reflect your vision without any unintended alterations.
Photo Formatting
To ensure the best print quality, we recommend formatting your photos to match the aspect ratio of the desired print dimensions.
Please be aware that files requiring formatting, cropping, or trimming will incur an additional fee:
$5 for orders under $20
$10 for orders over $20
For orders over $100, the fee is $50 per hour of formatting.
